2. Acceptable Use
Permitted Activities:

- Professional video production for commercial purposes
- Uploading reference images you own or have rights to use for video creation

Prohibited Conduct:

4. Payments & Refunds
- Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled
- 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers
- Failed payments may suspend service after 3 days
- Chargeback fee of $25 applies
- Price changes notified at least 30 days in advance

5. Safety Protocols
- 18+ age requirement for AI video generation
- Automated moderation filters for harmful video content
- Video content violating policies may be quarantined or deleted
- Secure file deletion 30 days after video generation
- All AI video generation traffic encrypted via TLS/HTTPS

6. Liability
- Grok Imagine makes no warranty regarding AI-generated video originality or suitability
- Maximum aggregate liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 6 months
- You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of our AI video generation service

7. Governing Law
